    Our Guiding Principles

    • Respect and Dignity: We believe in treating every individual with respect and dignity, regardless of their race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, or any other characteristic. Discrimination, derogatory language, or offensive remarks are strictly prohibited.
    • Safe Space: Our Slack group is meant to be a safe space for all members, where they can share their thoughts, opinions, and experiences without fear of ridicule, judgment, or harassment. We encourage open dialogue and constructive discussions.
    • No Tolerance for Harassment: Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, written, or visual forms, will not be tolerated. This includes unwanted advances, stalking, intimidation, or any behavior that creates an uncomfortable or hostile environment for others.
    • Professionalism: We expect all members to conduct themselves professionally in all interactions within the Slack group. Disruptive or offensive behavior, personal attacks, and aggressive language are not acceptable. Direct selling of any kind (products or services) is not acceptable.
    • Reporting Mechanism: We encourage all members to report any incidents of harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior they encounter within our Slack community. Reports can be made to the community moderators or organization leaders, who will take the necessary actions to address the issue promptly and confidentially.

    Consequences for Violations

We take any breach of our zero-tolerance policy seriously and will take appropriate action against any individual found to be in violation. Depending on the severity and frequency of the offense, consequences may range from a warning, temporary suspension from the Slack group, to a permanent ban.

    Building a Supportive Community Together

Creating an inclusive and respectful community is a collective responsibility. As members of ATDAZ, we all have a role to play in upholding these principles and ensuring that our Slack group remains a safe and welcoming space for everyone.

Let us foster a culture of kindness, empathy, and understanding, where every member feels valued and empowered to contribute to our shared goal of learning together. Together, we can make a positive impact and further our mission while respecting the dignity and rights of all individuals.
